For the Hot n'Heavy Tier, can I mix and match colors?
YES!
You can choose, for example a Weighted Green Dragon and a Warmable Purple Dragon or any other combination of the unlocked colors at the end of the campaign! You will make these choices when surveys are sent out at the end of the campaign!

Where/When can I pick the color of my dragon?
Post-campaign, when the Backer Survey is sent out to collect shipping addresses, you will select which color(s) your dragon plush will be. There is no ability, nor requirement, to choose now.

What are the plush made out of?
For the Weighted Wonders, the plush are made of OEXO-Tex Certified Recycled Content minky faux fur, embroidery thread, polyfill, and glass beads. Some variants contain laser fabric* (Pink, Gold, White, Rainbow)
For Warmable Wonders, the plush are made of OEXO-Tex Certified Recycled Content minky faux fur, embroidery thread, polyfill, plastic zipper, and a removable buckwheat bag. Some variants contain laser fabric* (Pink, Gold, White, Rainbow)
For the Wittle Wonders, the plush are made of OEXO-Tex Certified Recycled Content minky faux fur, embroidery thread, and plastic pellets. Their wings are made of laser fabric*.
*Some variants, like Pink, White, both Rainbows, and Gold, laser fabric is used on the horns, talons, and back spikes. This fabric is “sleek” and can be described in texture as “cool and smooth”, but is not faux fur. Please keep this in mind when making your selections.

Can I change my address if I move?
YES!
You can change your address at any time until they are LOCKED for fulfillment in the Pledge Manager. This “locking” will occur with ample warning given prior via emailed Updates and will likely take place late April to early May 2025 in preparation of shipment’s start.

I've changed my mind and want a different color - can I change my color choice?
YES! You are allowed to change your color choice of your given pledge level at any time before we ‘lock’ your choices. This ‘locking’ will not happen until just before fulfillment. You will have ample time to change your mind re: final color choice, especially as later prototypes are revealed and finalized.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
ALL BACKERS:
We are not responsible for lost packages which occur due to an incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your pledge/order. You will have amble opportunity and warning to change your shipping address (because of mistakes or because of moving) before fulfilment begins. Any packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses input by a backer will not be replaced. Any packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping address will be resent out only if the backer repays the postage.
Due to the complex nature of fulfilling a campaign this large, returns are not accepted. All purchases are final.
INTERNATIONAL BACKERS:
We are not responsible for import fees/taxes/duties.
The importer (the person receiving the package in the destination country) is ultimately responsible for paying any duty owed on an import (package). Any packages lost due to failure to pay these fees or duties, or seized by customs for any reason, are not the responsibility of Weighted Wonders and team. A new package will not be re-issued if ultimately lost. A new package will only be re-issued if the package is returned and postage is paid again by backer.
